LEE B. MCCHESNEY is the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for our Tools & Storage division. In this position, Lee oversees finance teams within GTS as well as corporate Business Development, Margin Excellence and IT.

Lee joined Stanley Black & Decker in 1999 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility since then. He has been the Chief Financial Officer for several businesses within Stanley Black & Decker, and most recently led the Hand Tools and Storage business unit, a $3B business within GTS. He was appointed an executive officer of the company in 2014.

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Lee began his career at United Technologies Corporation and is a graduate of their Financial Development Training Program.

Lee graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut’s business school and holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
