It takes people to bring a vision to life—the innovative thinkers who make our tools and the dedicated tradespeople who put them to work.
We are committed to creating opportunities for tradespeople to build successful careers and cultivating a workplace where employees continuously learn and grow. Together, we are helping meet the critical needs of our growing world.

Growing the Trades
Impact Objective: Commit $60 million by 2030 to initiatives that educate tradespeople.
For nearly two centuries, we have innovated, designed and manufactured tools to help tradespeople build, repair and maintain the world. In this moment of increased demand for and shortage of tradespeople, we are working to grow the trades and empower the next generation through a $60 million commitment by 2030. By investing in our communities, we are helping build successful trades careers that meet the critical needs of our growing world and support the industries that build our future. In 2025, we invested $7.7 million, bringing total contributions since 2023 to nearly $27 million.
