Communities around the world face a skilled trades gap, and we are working together with our partners to close it.
Our Grow the Trades program continues to serve tradespeople across the US and around the world with broad acclaim. We equip tradespeople with practical training, resources and access to high-quality tools, strengthening their skills and building loyalty to our brands, with a focus on high-demand, core industry needs, including carpentry, welding, plumbing and mechanical trades. By supporting trades professionals, we also build stronger partnerships with distributors, retailers and employers who rely on skilled labor, reinforcing our commitment to solving real-world challenges.
Community Partnerships
Partnering with organizations that provide trades-related education has been a prominent feature of our Grow the Trades program and other community initiatives over the years. In 2025, our cash and tool donations supported more than 350 organizations, and we continued to collaborate with community colleges and nonprofit organizations to expand access for women and underserved communities, recognizing that closing the skilled trades gap requires a wide-reaching effort.
