Francesca Campbell is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Stanley Black & Decker. Campbell leads the Company’s global legal operations and serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. She joined the company in February 2026.
Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Campbell served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Carrier, where she led the company’s global legal and compliance functions. At Carrier, she also held the position of Vice President, Legal Affairs, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance, as well as serving as Corporate Secretary for the Carrier Board of Directors. Her responsibilities included legal oversight for Carrier Ventures and directing the company’s SEC and ESG reporting.
Earlier in her career, Campbell was an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group at Davis Polk & Wardwell, managing complex global transactions.
Campbell holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
