CORBIN WALBURGER is the Vice President of Corporate Business Development. He has global leadership responsibility for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for Stanley Black & Decker. He also has leadership responsibility for the Commercial Strategy Center of Excellence and spends significant time with STANLEY Ventures, the Company’s Corporate Venture initiative. In addition, the STANLEY Infrastructure business reports to Corbin.

Corbin joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2008 after ten years at Goldman, Sachs & Company where he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division and led the Building & Construction Practice. He also worked as an associate and analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Corbin holds a BA in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California at San Diego and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
