Mojdeh Poul, former Group President of Health Care for 3M Company, has been a director of the Company since February 2021.

Ms. Poul led 3M’s Health Care Business Group from April of 2019 through June of 2022, serving the global healthcare industry through medical solutions, oral care, separation and purification sciences, health information systems and food safety businesses. Ms. Poul’s 3M career began in 2011 when she joined the Health Care Business Group as the Global Marketing Vice President for the Critical and Chronic Care Solutions Division. In the years following, she held global leadership roles for the Food Safety and Infection Prevention businesses before being named President and General Manager of 3M Canada in 2016, then Executive Vice President of 3M’s Safety & Graphics Business Group in 2018.

Prior to 3M, Ms. Poul held several leadership roles of increasing responsibility with Medtronic and Boston Scientific, two leading global medical technology companies. Prior to building a career in the healthcare industry, Ms. Poul held engineering positions with General Electric Plastics. Ms. Poul currently serves on the board of directors of Align Technology and iRhythm Technologies, Inc.

Throughout her career, Ms. Poul has built and led high-performing teams across different functions, businesses and geographies, including in highly regulated industries and businesses requiring strong market development expertise.

Ms. Poul is 61 years old and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Talent Development Committee.
