Debra A. Crew, former Chief Executive, Diageo plc, has been a director of the Company since December 2013.

Ms. Crew most recently served as Chief Executive and a member of the board of directors of Diageo plc, a global leader in beverage alcohol, from June 2023 until she stepped down in July 2025. Ms. Crew previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Diageo from October 2022 to June 2023, and she also served as President, North America and Global Supply, Diageo from July 2020 to September 2022. Ms. Crew originally joined the Diageo Board as a director in April 2019 before leaving the Board when appointed President, North America in July 2020.

From January 2017 to December 2017, Ms. Crew served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Reynolds American Inc. Prior to that, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company effective October 2015 to December 2016 and as President and Chief Commercial Officer of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. from October 2014 to October 2015. 

Before joining R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, Ms. Crew spent five years at PepsiCo from 2010 to 2014, where she served as President, North America Nutrition; President, PepsiCo Americas Beverages; and President, Western Europe. Prior to her tenure with PepsiCo, Ms. Crew held positions of increasing responsibility at Kraft Foods, Nestlé S.A. and Mars, Inc. from 1997 to 2010. From 1993 to 1997, Ms. Crew served as a captain in the United States Army.

Ms. Crew is 54 years old and is Chair of the Compensation and Talent Development Committee and a member of the Finance and Pension Committee and the Executive Committee.

Ms. Crew brings a breadth of marketing, operations and strategy experience to the Board, underscored by her executive roles at Diageo plc, Reynolds American, Inc., and PepsiCo, Inc. Ms. Crew’s global perspective and exposure to world-class innovation planning processes, combined with proven commercial excellence at leading consumer products companies, provides the Board with critical insights.
