Corbin Walburger is the Vice President of Corporate Business Development. He has global leadership responsibility for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for Stanley Black & Decker. In addition, he has leadership oversight for STANLEY Ventures, the company’s corporate venture initiative and is responsible for the company’s Cross Business Commercial effort as well as for Innovation Everywhere, the company’s grassroots innovation team. He also oversees the STANLEY Oil & Gas business.

Corbin joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2008 after 10 years at Goldman, Sachs & Company where he was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division and led the Building & Construction practice. He also worked as an associate and analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Corbin holds a bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics and decision sciences from the University of California at San Diego and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
