Scot Greulach is the Chief Accounting Officer at Stanley Black & Decker. Scot has global responsibility for the Company’s financial reporting, including SEC and statutory filings. He also has global responsibility for corporate accounting, technical accounting research, and ensuring compliance with the Company’s accounting policies.

Scot joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2012 and has held leadership roles in external reporting, statutory reporting and technical accounting, and served as Controller for the Company’s Industrial segment. Prior to joining the Company, Scot worked at Huron Consulting Group and spent seven years at KPMG.

Scot holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University and is a certified public accountant in the State of Indiana.
