Al Rosa is our Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, responsible for the oversight and governance of Stanley Black & Decker’s global compliance program, ensuring a vibrant culture of integrity.
Al has more than 20 years of experience leading compliance programs, maintaining and strengthening world-class cultures of compliance and operating global compliance program processes and risk areas.
Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Al served as the Director and Head of Compliance Assurance & Advisory at Google, LLC. Before joining Google, he was the Chief Compliance Director, Senior Executive Counsel and Global Head of the Ombuds organization for General Electric.
Al has a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College.
