Nick Damato started his Stanley Black & Decker career in 2015. Graduating from Penn State University, Nick was referred to the Sales Marketing Developmental Program (SMDP) by fellow SMDP alum. Nick relocated to Washington, D.C. as a Sales Coordinator. After a year learning the ropes as a sales representative, he was promoted to Market Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. As Market Manager he managed a sales team supporting 200+ Home Depot retail locations.

Nick has since been promoted to National Account Manager and relocated to Philadelphia where he currently works with industrial and commercial end-users. Nick credits the Sales Marketing Developmental Program for the advancement and endless opportunities.
