Ranjit Nair is the President of STANLEY Infrastructure, the world’s leading independent manufacturer of hydraulic tools and attachments. In this role, Ranjit is helping grow this worldwide market leader that offers more than 200 product categories of industrial tools and attachments for compact and heavy equipment under the STANLEY, Paladin, LaBounty, Pengo and Dubuis brands.

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Ranjit served as an executive with John Deere, where he held leadership roles in Operations, Supply Management and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). During his 20-year career with John Deere, he led the company’s billion-dollar Specialty Harvesting business, managed a European subsidiary while based in Gummersbach, Germany, and served as Managing Director & CEO of John Deere India. Prior to his time at John Deere, Ranjit worked for the United States Department of Defense as a Financial Manager.

Ranjit earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Duke University.
