Decarbonizing Our Operations

Our supply chain transformation strategy focuses on improving our ability to serve customers through reduced lead times and facility resilience.

To meet these customer demands, we continue to invest in our facilities, including more resilient, efficient and clean power sources, while always considering additional sources of energy.

Powering Our Future

Our pace of investing in advancing energy efficiency has accelerated. Since 2021, we have implemented 60 projects in 10 different countries. These projects have generated the following benefits:

This new solar project, a ground-mount and carport style system using STANLEY® NeoBolt fasteners on the carport roofs, broke ground in 2024 and is scheduled for launch in 2025. It is expected to deliver the following:

Reporting Center 2024 Impact Report

1. Scope 1: All direct emissions from those activities under our control, stationary and mobile, including on-site fuel combustion such as gas-fire furnaces and boilers. Scope 2: Market-based Indirect emissions from electricity purchased, accounting for renewable energy credits. The Company’s infrastructure business was divested on April 1, 2024 and therefore all metrics in this report only reflect 2024 data through that date unless otherwise noted. The infrastructure business scope 1, scope 2 market-based, scope 2 location-based, and scope 3 (categories 1, 4, and 11) emissions included in this report were 3,128, 1,500, 1,508, and 139,196 metric tons of CO2 e, respectively.
