Joining our Board of Directors in 2025, Mary has led global manufacturing and distribution businesses, providing strategic oversight across sales, supply chain, marketing, regulatory affairs and public policy across her 30-year career.

Mary A. Laschinger, former Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Veritiv Corporation, has been a director of the Company since October 2025. Mary brings extensive global expertise in complex manufacturing operations and product management, coupled with a proven record of driving sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

Previously, Ms. Laschinger served as Senior Vice President of International Paper from 2007 to July 2014, and as President of the xpedx distribution business from January 2010 to July 2014, having held roles of increasing responsibility across sales, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain after joining the company in 1992.

Prior to joining International Paper in 1992, Ms. Laschinger held various positions in sales, marketing, and supply chain at James River Corporation, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and Shopko Corporation (Department Store).

Ms. Laschinger is a recipient of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire Alumni Association’s President’s Award. She was inducted into the 2018 YWCA Academy of Women Achievers and was recognized by the University of Connecticut School of Business as a Distinguished Alumni in 2019.

Ms. Laschinger holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and completed postgraduate studies in executive management at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ms. Laschinger is currently a member of the board of directors of Kellanova, previously Kellogg Company, and ITT Inc. She is also a member of the Executive Advisory Council for Apollo Global Management.

Ms. Laschinger is 65 years old and is a member of the Compensation and Talent Development Committee and the Finance and Pension Committee.
