Thomas Ehrhardt is President of Engineered Fastening, Automotive, a division of STANLEY Industrial. Thomas is responsible for managing this $1 billion business in Asia, Europe and North America, with full profit and loss responsibility. Thomas also serves as Managing Director for multiple STANLEY entities in Europe, including Tucker GmbH, Stanley Black & Decker Real Estate and Stanley Black & Decker Holdings Europe.
Thomas joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2005 as Director of Sales – Automotive Europe. Since then, he’s held a variety of positions within the organization’s automotive business, including VP of Sales, Marketing & Engineering – Automotive Europe, and VP of Sales, Marketing & Engineering – Europe & South America.
Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, he held various management roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Development functions with TRW Engineered Fasteners & Components.
Thomas earned an MBA from Germany’s Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.
