Allison A. Nicolaidis
ALLISON NICOLAIDIS is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Global Tools & Storage at Stanley Black & Decker.
In her role as CMO, she is responsible for industrial design, strategic brand marketing, digital marketing and customer insights across all core business segments including Consumer and Professional Power Tools, Hand Tools, Industrial and Automotive Tools, Tool Storage, Outdoor Power Equipment and Home Products.
Allison joined Stanley Black & Decker in 1998 as an End-User Specialist and moved through various sales positions around the country in key channels. She spent six years focused on the development of DEWALT professional products before moving to channel management.
Prior to assuming her current role, Allison was the President of the Consumer Products Group (CPG), where she led four core business segments including Consumer Power Tools, Home Products, Outdoor Power Equipment and Tradesman Power Tools. In this role, she led the revitalization of our consumer business and delivered strong growth driven by innovation, commercial excellence and a relentless focus on strategic marketing.
Allison earned a bachelor’s and master’s in business adminisrtation from Loyola University.
