Allison Nicolaidis is President of the Power Tools Group for the Tools & Storage business at Stanley Black & Decker. Power Tools, a $7 billion business unit, is comprised of a global portfolio of industry leading brands including DEWALT, STANLEY, PORTER CABLE and the iconic, American-born CRAFTSMAN brand, among others.
In her role, Allison leads product innovation and new product development across more than 40 unique categories providing application solutions to end users. She is responsible for new technology incubation and development, casting a vision for the future of construction solutions and leading end user connectivity to meet the needs of a modern and evolving jobsite.
Since joining the company in 1998, she has split time and experience in commercial sales, marketing roles and product development roles with increasing degrees of responsibility. Prior to her current role, Allison was President of the Hand Tools, Accessories & Storage business for Stanley Black & Decker, leading a complex portfolio of over 10 brands and 60 product lines. She has also served as President, Outdoor Products Group, President, Consumer Products Group and Chief Marketing Officer of the Tools business segment.
Allison earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Loyola University.
