What is your lasting impression of being an SLP?
Being an SLP will get a lot of attention from colleagues, also you will get higher expectation from your manager, so you always need to outperform and work hard to strive for success.
What is one interesting fact about Stanley Black & Decker that people might not know?
Korea is one of the fastest growing country globally. The revenue of Stanley Black & Decker Korea in 2010 was $13M and in 2018, it is targeting to reach $100M which is almost 7.7 times growth for the last 8 years. Korea is outperforming by collaborating as a team that shares strong values.
What was the highlight of your SLP experience?
Having an opportunity to meet all SLPs in NA / EU through one global training allowed me to broaden my thoughts.
What is your advice for future SLPs?
Use 5 training sessions to experience many things that you won't in your office and learn from other SLPs from various departments.
