Leadership Program, Development



SLP associates have the opportunity to take part in a rotational and/or non-rotational experience. In doing so, associates are able to develop their skills through various projects and more quickly identify their functional strengths.

SLP associates are viewed as agile, high-achieving talent and are often preferred for new assignments and career opportunities that can often come with relocation considerations.

The SLP program promotes self-awareness and provides both managers and SLPs with greater insights into their strengths, weaknesses and career motivators. This program excels in providing coaching and development plans for associates to succeed in their professional careers.

SLP associates are given the opportunity to identify and execute a project that improves a process in their workplace. This project allows them to demonstrate proficient project management and transformational Lean knowledge.

Putting Their Foundational Lean Knowledge Gained In the Program to the Test!
SLPs have the opportunity to identify and complete one project that will make a significant impact in the workplace. Each project includes a successful implementation plan with a sustained outcome.
