Koraima immersed herself into sales and marketing because she loves building strong partnerships, and helping people succeed, while becoming the best versions of themselves.

Koraima is an Associate Channel Manager within our Global Tools and Storage business, where she provides strategic aid in the power tool accessory business at Lowe’s nationwide.

She admits that one of the main reasons she chose to work for Stanley Black and Decker was the emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion at all levels.

“I have grown so much at SBD due to the comfortable environment they have built.” Koraima started as a member of the Sales and Marketing Development Program, where she moved across the country twice and worked with the company’s two largest customers; Home Depot and Lowe’s as a Sales Coordinator then a Market Manager. “Leaving my small town to move to Los Angeles was the best decision of my life” she said.

The Sales and Marketing Development Program was the pillar of Koraima’s growth within SBD. “Being given so much responsibility early in my career made me become a multitasking, strategic, analyzing professional she said. I can strategize and analyze at a high level since I was trained by the best of the best at this company. These past three years have been filled with opportunity, knowledge, and growth.
