Robert H. Raff

Robert Raff serves as interim Co-President of the Tools & Outdoor business division with John Wyatt and as Chief Commercial Officer, Tools & Outdoor. In these roles, Robert is responsible for advancing the strategic roadmap for our Tools & Outdoor division and leading our Tools & Outdoor commercial organization globally, including regional sales and eCommerce.

With more than 20 years of experience at Stanley Black & Decker, Robert was most recently Head of Outdoor Integration overseeing the integration of Stanley Black & Decker’s acquisition of MTD and Excel Industries.

Previously, Robert was President of the STANLEY Security business, a $2 billion division of Stanley Black & Decker. He was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Commercial Electronic Security, Access Technologies and Healthcare Solutions businesses globally, which employed approximately 8,500 people.

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Robert worked in various roles of progressing responsibility within Federal-Mogul Corp., Cooper Industries and Replacement Parts, Inc.

Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
