Michelle Bockman is Chief Simplification & Transformation Officer for Stanley Black & Decker. In this role, she works closely with business segment and functional leadership to streamline the way we work, optimize our internal processes and build key strategic capabilities across our businesses.

Prior to this role, Michelle was President of our innovation division charged with empowering innovation across our company. Michelle has more than 20 years of experience leading major corporate transformation across matrixed enterprise organizations as well as scaling startups. Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Michelle was CEO of 3D Control Systems, a startup in the 3D printing in the SaaS software space. She’s also held executive roles at HP and GE.

Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
