Deb Geyer is Vice President and Stanley Black & Decker’s Corporate Responsibility Officer. In this role she leads Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), with global accountability for improving the environmental performance of our facilities, ensuring the safety of our employees and improving the sustainability of our operations, while ensuring we advance our company’s ESG strategy.

Deb joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2000 and was appointed as a Vice President in 2011, and then CRO in 2019. She helped lead the establishment of the company’s purpose and subsequent ESG strategy. The strategy focuses on three key pillars: empowering makers, innovating with purpose and creating a more sustainable world.

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Deb worked at Textron as a member of the global EHS organization overseeing environmental liability management. She was also a hydrogeologist with the consulting firm, Hart Crowser.

Deb earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and a master’s degree from Washington State University. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the CT Women’s Hall of Fame.
