Please comment on your experiences as a female working and finding success in your industry/function?

There are very talented multi-tasking women in the industry. However, women must work harder to endorse their own skills and get the same credit that male colleagues receive.

If you could go back and give yourself advice as a college student knowing what you know now, what would it be?

Alongside the great work that we do, it’s equally important that we endorse our hard work, network with the right set of people and look at the big picture.

What is one interesting fact about SBD that people might not know?

Everything moves very fast here, we do not act like a large bureaucratic organization.

If you hadn't gone into your specific function, what other career path would you have taken?

I would pursue marketing or sales in order to contribute directly to the company’s Top line.

How do you juggle personal and professional life without sacrificing one for the other?

I prioritize my work when necessary, but keeping in mind a balance of work life integration.

What is your advice for women early in their careers?

Have a dream and pave the way to achieve it. Celebrate all the small and big milestones along the way.
