The Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program (SLP) is a comprehensive, competency-based global program designed to develop the next generation of Stanley Black & Decker leaders.
This is a multi-year program offering high-potential, early-career associates the opportunity to complement quality work experiences with exposure to challenging learning and development experiences.
Program members participate in a comprehensive learning curriculum, developed to strengthen skills and tools to become a results-driven leader. Aligning with SFS 2.0, SBD’s blueprint for growth, this curriculum allows SLP associates to take a deep-dive into fully implementing this strategy. Each SLP will join a group of cross-functional SLP associates to take part in a series of five training weeks with a blended approach to learning.
