Andrea J. Ayers, retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Convergys Corporation, has been a director of the Company since December 2014 and was elected Chair of the Board effective April 22, 2022.
Ms. Ayers served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Convergys Corporation from November 2012 through October 2018 and a director of Convergys from October 2012 through October 2018. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Ayers served as President of Convergys Customer Management Group, Inc., and from 2010 to 2012, Ms. Ayers also served as Chief Operating Officer of Convergys Customer Management Group Inc.
Ms. Ayers is 60 years old and also serves as Chair of the Executive Committee and is a member of the Compensation and Talent Development Committee and the Finance and Pension Committee.
Ms. Ayers had a significant role in the transformation of Convergys from a company with three business lines to a customer management solutions company with approximately 125,000 employees worldwide. Her expertise in customer management analytics, technology and human capital management provides an important and unique perspective to the Board.
